Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Surgery (OR) to join Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, California . This full-time day-shift opportunity is ideal for an RN with ambulatory or outpatient surgical experience who enjoys the precision, teamwork, and fast-paced coordination of perioperative nursing. You will help ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout their surgical experience while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other members of the perioperative team.
Offering a competitive salary of $147,000 – $202,000 annually , this position provides an opportunity to bring your acute-care surgical experience to a collaborative outpatient environment while maintaining a full-time daytime schedule. From preparing patients and supporting surgical procedures to monitoring safety and coordinating care, you'll play an essential role in creating positive outcomes and an exceptional experience for every surgical patient.
